Join me on the auspicious evening of Beltane for a virtual Sanskrit Sound Bath and guided meditation on Facebook Live! These donation based sound baths are taking place every Friday at 7Pm PST until we navigate our way through this time of quarantine. Experience a deeply restorative Sound Bath supported by guided meditation, Sanskrit chanting, devotional singing and intuitive toning, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, and ceremonial rattles. Aromatherapy will support each energy center as we journey through the chakra system. Chakra balancing and energy clearing will aid in creating an environment of unconditional love within your being, and balancing body, mind, spirit, and emotions. Stacy has more than 15 years of experience as a practitioner of energy work and sacred sound healing.
