Labyrinth Walk and Sound Bath at NCC

Neighborhood Congregational Church is offering a beautiful opportunity to walk the labyrinth at Bridge Hall. The labyrinth is a beautiful metaphor for the spiritual journey and pilgrimage across many spiritual paths since ancient times. I am grateful to be offering a Sound Bath with Guided Meditation to support all who attend on Friday, 5/5 from 7-8:30 PM. You are welcome to visit for a few intentional moments, or stay for the entire experience.

The Labyrinth will be open for meditation and prayer at 6PM, the Sound Bath begins at 7PM.

This experience is free and open to the public. Donations to NCC are accepted and appreciated.
