Join us at Roots, the Beauty Underground at 6:30 PM on Sunday, 1/31 for the first in a series of monthly sound baths taking place here on the last Sunday of each month, for Heart Mandala: A Sound Bath with Guided Meditation.

Heart Mandala will be a deep, expansive journey into the wisdom of the heart. We’ll align all the chakras along the journey, and will spend extra time bringing light and healing into the heart center, the home of universal love and compassion. The space will be filled with singing, ancient chanting, and vocal toning, with the grounding backdrop of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Buffalo drum, and other instruments of healing.

This guided sound healing meditation is lovingly orchestrated to support you on your spiritual journey.

Energy Exchange: $40. DM, text, or email to RSVP. Payment can be made via Zelle to my cell or Venmo: @Stacy-Pendleton to reserve your space. We look forward to seeing you!

Stacy combines a lifetime of musical and spiritual study with more than 20 years of experience facilitating sound, energy, and intuitive healing to support you on your path. Her album, Like Air: Music to Support Your Peace, is available on all major streaming platforms.
